Welcome to the APHNYS Region 3 working page. The objective of this site is to provide more convenient access to key features of the statewide APHNYS homepage and to serve as a ready reference resource for our Region 3 members. Region 3 covers Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, and Westchester Counties. The Region 3 Coordinator is Dutchess County Historian Will Tatum. Membership renewals

APHNYS is now accepting membership renewals for 2020. The board of trustees realizes that the full economic impact of the pandemic response is not yet clear, so if your municipality has frozen spending, we understand. Membership renewals will be accepted on a rolling basis. You can find the membership renewal form online here.
